of veal thigh, already cooked.
100 g
of canned tuna.
100 ml
of soy sauce.
50 ml
of mayonnaise.

hard-boiled eggs.
to taste
capers.
to taste
black sesame.

procedure

01.

start by preparing the tuna sauce. place the peeled hard-boiled eggs and half of the soy sauce in a B!POD container, create a vacuum at 50 mbar, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

02.

once the time has passed, blend the eggs with two tablespoons of mayo diluted with the remaining soy sauce, some capers, tuna, and a drizzle of oil.

03.

cut the already-cooked veal into thin slices and cover them with the sauce. garnish with capers and black sesame, then serve.
