Prepare a delicious teriyaki salmon with a quicker, more effective marinade using vacuum technology. Tender, flavorful, and perfect to impress your guests!

ingredients

salmon fillets.
100 ml
soy sauce.
50 ml
mirin (if unavailable, use a bit of sweet white wine).
50 ml
sake (can be replaced with dry white wine).
2 tablespoons
brown sugar.

garlic clove (crushed).
1
small piece of fresh ginger (grated).

procedure

01.

to prepare the marinade, mix soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds in a B!POD L container.

02.

add the salmon fillets, making sure they are fully coated.

03.

create a vacuum at 50 mbar and let marinate for 30 minutes.

04.

after marinating, heat a pan with a drizzle of oil. cook the salmon fillets and a few tablespoons of marinade over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and caramelized on the outside.

05.

whilst cooking, pour the remaining marinade into the pan and reduce it until it forms a thick, glossy sauce.

06.

garnish the teriyaki salmon with sesame seeds and serve with white rice and vegetables of your choice.
