ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g
tuna fillet.
300 g
carrots.
150 ml
teriyaki sauce.
100 g
soy sprouts.
100 g
spring onions.

garlic clove.
to taste
evo oil.
to taste
salt.
to taste
pepper.

procedure

01.

in a B!POD container, place the tuna and pour in the teriyaki sauce. vacuum with DRO!D and let it marinate for at least half an hour.

02.

meanwhile, slice the carrots into thin rounds and season with oil, salt, and pepper. roast in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

03.

once the carrots are soft, blend them with a splash of warm water until smooth.

04.

drain the tuna from the sauce, pat it dry, and sear it on high heat on all sides.

05.

slice the tuna and serve it with the carrot purée, the marinade sauce, fresh spring onions, and soy sprouts.
