300 g
chicken breast.

medium potatoes.

onion.

tablespoons japanese curry powder (or curry roux).
500 ml
chicken broth.

tablespoon soy sauce.
1
tablespoon sesame oil.
to taste
vegetable oil.
to taste
cooked white rice.
to taste
spring onion or fresh coriander.

procedure

01.

start by marinating the chicken and vegetables: place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in a B!POD container.

02.

add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well. vacuum with DRO!D and let marinate for 20 minutes.

03.

in a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion until translucent. add the marinated chicken, potatoes, and carrots, and stir-fry for a few minutes.

04.

pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. reduce the heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

05.

add the japanese curry powder or curry roux cube, stirring until you reach a thick, creamy consistency.

06.

serve the curry over a bowl of cooked white rice, garnished with spring onion or fresh coriander.
