Products are shipped only to delivery addresses in Italy and the following countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Malta, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Estonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Any changes to the list of shipping countries will be made available on the WEBSITE from time to time.

Following the confirmation summary referred to in Art. 4.3, the shipping times within Italy are approximately 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-orders
If you purchase pre-order items, the order will be processed only once all items are available. In any case, the products must be delivered within 6–8 weeks, in accordance with the terms set out by applicable law.

Shipping extra timing
For orders paid by credit card, an additional working day is required on top of the regular shipping times for standard administrative checks.
For orders paid by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from the day payment is received.
