ingredients.

300 g
tofu.
3 tbsp
soy sauce.
1 tbsp
sesame oil.
1 tbsp
rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar).
1 small piece of
fresh ginger.

procedure.

01.

start by preparing the marinade. in a B!POD M container, combine sliced spring onion, chopped ginger, and garlic cloves. mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

cut the tofu into cubes after pressing it in paper towels to remove excess water. immerse the tofu cubes in the marinade.

03.

using DRO!D, create a vacuum at 50 mbar and let the tofu marinate for 20-30 minutes.

04.

heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook the marinated tofu cubes until golden on all sides, for about 5 minutes.

05.

serve the marinated tofu garnished with sesame seeds and chopped fresh spring onion, optionally pairing it with rice or noodles.
