here are three ideas to easily prepare at home:

  1. detox flavored water.
     with lemon, turmeric, and juniper berries. turmeric has great anti-inflammatory and digestive properties, similar to juniper berries, which reduce intestinal bloating. in this recipe, they are paired with lemon, which purifies the digestive system and eliminates toxins.
  2. energizing flavored water.
     with lemon and ginger.
     the lemon-ginger combination is rich in essential vitamins for proper metabolism function and blood pressure regulation. ginger also helps reduce fatigue, boosting your energies.

  3. refreshing flavored water.
     with fennel, mint, and juniper berries.
