peeled almonds.
500 ml
bottled water.
for the thyme syrup:
150 g
sugar.
150 ml
bottled water.
10 sprigs

for the jasmine infusion:
750 ml
bottled water.
15 g

procedure.

01.

start with the almond milk. in a B!POD container, soak the almonds and create a vacuum at 50 mbar. refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

02.

after the time has passed, blend everything well and for a long time, then strain.

03.

move on to the syrup. in a B!POD container, dissolve the sugar in the warm water and infuse the thyme. use DRO!D's strong vacuum and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

04.

then, transfer the liquid to a pot, bring to a boil, and let it reduce. once it reaches the consistency of a syrup, strain well and let it cool.

05.

finally, prepare the infusion. heat the water to 80°C, and infuse the leaves for 5-7 minutes. then, strain and let it cool.

06.

now that the three ingredients are ready, you can mix them, adjusting the proportions to your taste. serve at room temperature, or with ice.

07.

the tip:
you can freeze this infusion in an ice cube mold, and use it to refresh and flavor other beverages. store it for up to 3 months.

storing it in the fridge?

put it in a B!POD container and seal with DRO!D’s low vacuum. It stays fresh for up to 8 days.
