ingredients for 750ml:
750 ml
bottled water.
15 g
mix of chamomile, dried apple, lemon balm, and verbena.
15 g
honey.

organic lemon's zest.

procedure.

01.

heat the water to 60°C, infuse the herb mix, and add the honey and lemon.

02.

transfer everything to a B!POD container and use DRO!D's strong vacuum. refrigerate for 20 minutes.

03.

after the time has passed, strain well. serve with a scored lemon zest.

04.

the tip:
you can freeze this infusion in an ice cube mold, and use it to refresh and flavor other beverages. store it for up to 3 months.
