200 g
ground pork (or beef).
100 g
savoy cabbage.

spring onion.
1 tablespoon
soy sauce.
1 tablespoon
sesame oil.

procedure

01.

start with marinating the filling. in a B!POD container, mix ground meat, finely chopped cabbage and spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

02.

vacuum with DRO!D and let marinate for 30 minutes.

03.

proceed with preparing the gyoza. take a gyoza wrapper and place a teaspoon of the filling in the center. seal the edges well, forming a half-moon shape.

04.

heat a pan with a little oil and cook the gyoza until golden on the bottom. then, add a splash of water, cover, and let steam for 3-4 minutes, until the water evaporates.

05.

serve the gyoza hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

tip: this recipe can be easily adapted for vegetarian gyoza: just swap out the meat with your favorite veggies, finely chopped.
