chicken breast.

zucchini.

tablespoons breadcrumbs.

procedure.

01.

blend the ground chicken, grated vegetables, egg, parmesan, oil and a pinch of salt.

transfer the mix in a B!POD container, and add the breadcrumbs.

03.

vacuum with DRO!D and let marinate for 10-15 minutes. this will make the mix juicier and tastier.

04.

roll mini meatballs about 2-3 cm in diameter.

05.

bake the meatballs in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

serve the mini meatballs warm, accompanied by steamed or mashed vegetables.
