ingredients

ingredients for 3 portions:
200 g
chicken breast.
1
zucchini.
1
carrot.
1
small potato.
1
egg.
2
tablespoons breadcrumbs.
1
tablespoon grated parmesan cheese.
to taste
extra-virgin olive oil.

procedure

01.

blend the ground chicken, grated vegetables, egg, parmesan, oil and a pinch of salt.

02.

transfer the mix in a B!POD container, and add the breadcrumbs.

03.

vacuum with DRO!D and let marinate for 10-15 minutes. this will make the mix juicier and tastier.

04.

roll mini meatballs about 2-3 cm in diameter.

05.

bake the meatballs in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

06.

serve the mini meatballs warm, accompanied by steamed or mashed vegetables.

07.

tip 01: you can substitute zucchini and carrot for other vegetables, as long as they are grated or finely chopped.
