procedure

start by quickly marinating the vegetables with B!POD's strong vacuum to soften them: place the sweet potato and carrot slices in the M B!POD container with a tablespoon of water. vacuum with DRO!D and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

proceed with steaming for 15-20 minutes.

add a tablespoon of olive oil and blend until smooth and homogeneous. if needed, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
