The complete system for preserving opened still wine for longer. The set includes DROID and two Kabuto stoppers from the Dragon collection. In seconds, DROID removes up to 95% of the air from the bottle, with no needles, gas or refills.

Choose ECO mode to preserve aromas or PRO for maximum preservation. Kabuto stoppers are reusable, dishwasher-safe and suitable for refrigerator storage.

Kit contents: 1 DROID device, 2 Kabuto stoppers (Dragon collection), 2 matching colored rings, 1 charging kit (USB cable, power adapter, charging base).

Vacuum modes: PRO and ECO, up to 95% air removed.

Cycle time: ~5 seconds per bottle. Suitable for still wine only (red, white, rosé) – not for sparkling wine.

Kabuto stoppers are dishwasher-safe (remove colored rings before washing).

    Vino sempre perfetto, anche dopo giorni

    Finalmente posso aprire più bottiglie senza la fretta di finirle: con il sottovuoto si richiude in un attimo e il vino resta davvero ottimo anche dopo qualche giorno. In più i tappi sono comodi (frigo e lavastoviglie) e super eleganti. Consigliato!

    Ufficialmente entrato nella lista dei prodotti salva regalo!

    Ho consigliato questo prodotto a mia mamma, qualche mese fa, per un regalo da fare a mio papà (noto in famiglia per il recente corso per diventare sommelier, di cui non smette di parlare). Torno sul sito dopo averlo visto davvero entusiasta, convinta che risolverà il regalo del collega che compie gli anni. What wines can I preserve with Kabuto?

Any still wine – red, white or rosé. Kabuto is not suitable for sparkling or fizzy wines, since the stopper is designed to hold a vacuum, not contain pressure.

How long does the wine keep once resealed?

More than 10 days on average, though it depends on the wine, how much is left in the bottle, and storage conditions. Results are best when the bottle still has a reasonable amount of wine in it.

How long does the vacuum cycle take?

About 5 seconds on average to reseal a bottle – much faster than the food container cycle, since there's far less air to remove from a wine bottle.

What are the benefits of vacuum-preserving wine?

Removing up to 95% of the air slows oxidation, the main reason opened wine loses aroma and flavour. That means fewer half-finished bottles going to waste, and no need to finish a bottle in one sitting.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on orders over €100. For Italy: €9.20 (4-5 business days). For the UK: £26.00 (5-6 business days). For the rest of Europe: €21.50 (5-6 business days).

What is your warranty policy?

All BIPOD products are covered by a 24-month warranty, including free replacement in the event of manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or damage identified upon delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, or modifications made to the product.
